Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the GenArtCentral website operated by GenArtCentral (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Access & Patreon Support
GenArtCentral provides a public library of AI art resources accessible for free.
- Voluntary Support: Users may choose to support the project via Patreon to join the “Inner Circle”. These memberships are voluntary and processed exclusively through the Patreon platform.
- Billing & Cancellation: All financial transactions, subscriptions, and cancellations are handled by Patreon, Inc. Please refer to Patreon’s Terms of Use for billing inquiries. GenArtCentral does not store your credit card information.
- Digital Goods: Access to “Insider” content (e.g., JSON files, exclusive codes) is provided “as is”. Due to the digital nature of these assets, refunds are generally not provided once files have been accessed, subject to Patreon’s refund policy.
2. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
Permitted Use (What You Can Do):
- You may use our Prompts, SREF Codes, and JSON templates to generate artwork for personal or commercial projects.
- You own full commercial rights to the output (images/videos) you create using these inputs.
Prohibited Use (What You Cannot Do):
- You may NOT scrape, copy, or reproduce our database (including Prompts, JSONs, and Curated Styles) to build a competing library, website, or service.
- You may NOT resell the raw prompt files or JSON codes as standalone digital products.
- You may NOT use automated bots to harvest data from the website.
3. Disclaimer Regarding AI Tools
GenArtCentral provides inputs (prompts/codes) for third-party AI platforms (e.g., MidJourney, Sora, OpenAI, ComfyUI). We are not affiliated with these companies.
- Model Updates: AI models update frequently (e.g., v6 to v7). We strive to keep our library current, but we cannot guarantee that a prompt will work indefinitely if the underlying AI model changes its algorithm.
- Non-Deterministic Nature: AI generation is random by nature. Results may vary slightly even with the exact same parameters.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GenArtCentral, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to block access to our Service (via IP ban or other methods) immediately, without prior notice, for any user found to be violating these Terms, specifically regarding data scraping or malicious activity.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
